30 days free, then the owner pays in Settings — M-Pesa in Kenya, card everywhere else.

Pilot, then Settings

The first 30 days are free. A banner on Home tells you when the pilot is ending. Only an owner can pay.

Open Settings → Plan & billing. Choose Solo, Practice, or Firm and monthly or annual (annual is 10 months).

Kenya or international — the phone decides

The practice mobile number sets the till. Kenya (+254 or a local 07… / 01…) is M-Pesa in Ksh. Any other country code is card in USD.

That is not the same as invoice currency (what you bill clients). Save the phone on the practice form before you pay.

After the first successful payment, billing country is locked. You can change to another number in the same country. You cannot switch Kenya ↔ international to shop the cheaper rate.

What happens if you do not pay

After the pilot there are 7 days of grace. Then writing locks — you can still read Home and Settings.

Pay in Settings to unlock writing. Data is never deleted because a subscription lapsed.

Staff and professionals cannot checkout. Ask the owner.
