Log hours without timesheet theatre

Add a time entry with date, hours, and an optional note. Staff can only log for themselves; owners and professionals can log for anyone on the practice.

Leave hourly rate blank to track effort only. Set a rate when you want hours to count as labour cost on Billing / Margins.

See the cost of effort

Margin = value (or billed) − expenses − labour. Time without a rate never distorts the number.
